First Weber is a major residential real estate firm in Wisconsin. They asked us to develop an internal campaign to “fire-up” their agents and communicate just how much they are appreciated by the company. Management wanted their agents to feel good about the company and where it is headed.
We created five concept campaigns that included both visual designs as well as buttons the agents could wear around town to promote the various themes. The campaign management selected to use and expand upon was UNSTOPPABLE. UNSTOPPABLE is the one word that communicates the First Weber attitude towards helping home buyers and sellers and truly defines the agents’ approach
to success.
During tough economic times, having an UNSTOPPABLE attitude can make a huge difference in achieving success.
